The aim of the project is to quantify the error due to buoyancy movements of the Lidar on-board system on the measurement of the turbulence intensity and to propose corrections of the data according to the sea state. The analysis will be based on the comparison of the fixed and floating Lidar measurements carried out by EDF Renewables and AKROCEAN, during the validation campaign of the floating LIDAR WINDSEA, developed by AKROCEAN on the Fécamp site. As a preliminary, the comparison of turbulence measurements between a fixed lidar and conventional instrumentation will be carried out on the basis of measurements made on a site operated by VALOREM. In parallel with this analysis, the sizing of a device for embedding lidar systems and imposing controlled movements in real environments will be carried out within the framework of the project.
