The objective of the H2Ouest project is to create an ecosystem for hydrogen mobility in the targeted territory, thus simultaneously organizing the production and distribution of green hydrogen and local uses. H2Ouest is based on a robust economic model and 3 main fundamental axes: to produce green and sustainable hydrogen, to be economically viable and to be innovative and transferable. The H2Ouest project benefits from a lot of support and is nourished by numerous local wills with communities of all sizes, local companies - sometimes at the forefront of innovation - but also training structures. Indeed, this is another of the challenges we are facing and, after the first successes of the Smart Grid Vendée project (PIA ADEME 2013), the project's stakeholders and supporters want to get involved in the training of current and future generations in the hydrogen industry. Finally, the deployment territory offers a potential of use that remains to be exploited, with many signs of interest in developing promising future uses such as maritime.
