The energy budget of the communes is the second item of their operating budget. The different missions of Energio lead us to work with municipalities whose size is mostly between 1000 and 3000 inhabitants. During our exchanges, there is a glaring lack of knowledge both from the point of view of the monitoring of energy consumption and from the point of view of equipment monitoring. To date, there are no tools associated with skills offering them to monitor the energy consumption of their assets in order to adapt their contracts, optimize their regulations, arbitrate at any time the work to be done and to measure the results. The purpose of the Energio Partenaire project is to develop a tool, on a web platform, so that all the actors of a municipality in charge of energy and equipment can, on a single tool, make a follow-up and obtain information on the evolution of their consumption and their energy bills as well as their wealth. In addition, this web portal is meant to be "community". Each municipality will thus be able to benefit from the experience of the others on all the themes of energy and building (innovative regulation systems, building rehabilitation, ...).
