The building sector is engaged in a profound technical and organizational change to meet contemporary challenges. The management of the design and construction phases of construction and building rehabilitation projects is proving increasingly complex, while the coordination modes are not changing much in the light of economic, technical and regulatory issues. However, it is a question of achieving productivity and efficiency of the construction and rehabilitation processes to meet ever greater demands, particularly with regard to energy efficiency. The cooperation modalities of the professions involved (from the architect to the building companies) are therefore a major issue in which ICTs play a key role. This project proposes, based on field surveys and site observations, to provide insights into the operation of the building sector, on the conditions for collaboration between the actors, trades and skills involved in a project. site and thus to identify the conditions favorable to the implementation of ICT solution type Digital Model.
