The OSER (Outil de Simulation de systèmes multi-Energies Renouvelables territoriaux) project aims to test scenarios for harnessing locally-produced renewable energy within multi-energy systems, by implementing a pseudo-dynamic simulation tool specifically dedicated to these territorial issues. This tool will provide elements for analysing techno-economic feasibility, as well as legal and political feasibility. The aim of the project is to show that an energy mix with a high penetration rate of local renewable energies can be achieved by coupling different energy vectors (electricity - heat - gas). As part of the OSER project, and by way of an illustrative example, various energy scenarios will be tested to meet the energy needs of Nantes Métropole's buildings using different energy vectors based on a set of data that has been collected and structured.
