The TOLEDO project studies the behaviour composite high-pressure H2 tanks subject to mechanical impacts on duty, and their consequence on the residual performances of these tanks. This study will focus on several topics including mechanical stress-tests, ageing tests, setup of predictive failure models, definition of standardised tests, and also the design of innovating concepts of tanks featuring a high tolerance to impacts.
