PLÉÏADE 3

The objective of the PLEIADE3 project is to qualify the new generation of soldering creams on their production line by pooling the efforts of the partners to : - Establish a methodology to classify and select consumables and types of solder cream according to their uses. - Define all the characterization tests for soldering creams that are complementary to those not performed by the cream suppliers. - Characterize soldering creams for high density applications and components with large mass planes by avoiding vacuum ovens.
