Nano-based thin-film battery: Validation of new concepts of micro-nano energy storage using emerging technological bricks such as carbon nanotubes (NTC) or silicon nanowires (NF). The use of microelectronics technologies combined with new 3D architectures of NTC or NF makes it possible to consider numerous technological breakthroughs and to increase the performance of current micro-batteries, particularly in terms of integrability.
