MATHIOLE

In progress

Today, energy storage capacitors are evolving in a direction of high performance, miniaturization and full integration, which can be achieved through multi-layer manufacturing components. New capacitors with better properties have been able to appear on the market thanks to advances in the manufacturing processes and the shaping of ceramics but also thanks to the emergence of new dielectric materials. However, this market remains very competitive internationally. The development of innovative materials for high energy and high temperature storage would make it possible to produce components for application in electric vehicles, aeronautics, geothermal... and thus differentiate itself from the current market. It is the sense of our collaborative project that will allow to develop functional materials not only for an application but also fundamental purpose with a better understanding of chemical and physical properties.
