ICARE

For the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, a quick diagnosis represents a growing clinical need by the medical teams. The ICARE project aims at developing and validating - for an eventual commercialisation - a revolutionary echo-cardiographic platform able to capture 3D-images of the whole heart with extremely high refresh rate. This system relies on a technology breakthrough array probe and a software architecture that will allow, for example, to characterise the local viscoelastic properties of the myocardium.
