The objective of the G-Mobility project, led by STMicroelectronics, is to develop new generations of medium voltage (650 V) and high voltage (900 V) GaN transistors adapted to the performance and requirements of hybrid and electric vehicles (AECQ101). Specific processes for assembling and testing these circuits will also be developed. This structuring project for the automotive industry will make it possible to build GaN transistors that meet the needs of key players in the sector, such as on-board loaders and converters.
