The project aims at digitizing Olenergies' future battery production plant in order to optimize each step of the battery life cycle, from its manufacturing to its recycling. In a context of energy and digital transition, Olenergies wants to digitalize its future production plant in order to meet the French demand for Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries by increasing the efficiency of its processes. This approach aims to secure the supply of batteries in the face of an aggressive Asian market. This digitalization will also make the factory more socially and environmentally responsible through data management, workstation adaptation and energy management optimization. The development of digital twins will make the batteries more sustainable and provide total control over the costs related to the customers' energy consumption.
