The ambition of the CATHARSIS project and its consortium is to develop, validate, test and market a new integrated solution for the detection and characterization of human activity intended mainly for vigilance and fall detection applications for sensitive people. at home and in institutions. Based on a techno-economic break (very low cost infrared capture), it will be more reliable, cheaper, simple integration, non-stigmatizing and perfectly ethical. Industrialized quickly (24 months), it will meet the needs of the market at a price compatible with mass adoption. (Less than 50 €)
