New and future communication systems for IOT involve developing RF functions in the centimeter and millimeter frequency bands. These developments require the design of new structures, the adaptation of technological processes (materials and processes), and the support of electromagnetic design and simulation tools. The main objective of this project is to clarify the existing Design-Kits and the accuracy of the results of electromagnetic simulations in the radio frequency domain (1 GHz – 50 GHz).
