The BIM GEM-E project aims to develop an intelligent monitoring and reporting system for tertiary buildings managed by the SEML Route des Lasers near Bordeaux. Artificial intelligence modules will be developed to improve energy management in buildings. They will be interfaced with pre-existing sensors in the building and with the building's BIM digital twin.
