Radio-frequency functions directly integrated on Silicon are a major trend to let the design of less complex and lower volume architectures, while offering a better energy management. The ABSYS2 project aims at seeking for new ways to manufacture smart Si-integrated RF components such as capacitors, adjustable capacitors, filters and antennas.
