The national laboratory for metrology and assays (LNE) is the reference structure in France in the field of metrology. It helps the industry and serves the economy and society. It is active in consumers’ security, public health, environment protection, energy control. Activities: Research and transfers, assays, metrology, engineering, consulting, technical assistance, certification, formation. Applied to the energy industry, these activities address 5 major fields: security, environmental impact, performance, liability and costs control.
