In concrete terms, they personalise the programming and control of consumer equipment (radiators, hot water tanks, heat pumps, ....), taking account of electricity contracts and their needs, in order to shift consumption from Peak Hours to Off-Peak Hours (30% cheaper and less carbon intensive) or self-consumption. They also offer value-added services for diagnosing installations and providing email alerts in the event of equipment malfunctions.
