SICAP was created in 1919 by farmers. Its mission is to distribute and sell electrical energy throughout the Pithiverais region. As such, it is a local and integrated energy provider. It has developed a 3-pronged strategy: 1. Delivering excellence in its public service remit for electricity distribution / 2. To perpetuate and adapt its energy production, supply and delivery model / 3. To become a recognised player in the regional energy transition.
