15.10.2009 Kick-off of European program 3DICE Thursday, 15 October will take place the launch of program European 3DICE (3D Integration of Chips using Embedding technologies), on ST Microelectronics site in Tours. This project is labeled by the S2E2 pole and gathers many industrial and institutional partners. Its subject is microchips in organic substrates 3D integration or Silicon for applications in mobile telephony and type smartcard (very fine systems, possibly flexible and miniature, providing a better energy efficiency). |
